I need to learn more about this topic overall.
I support the legalization & regulation of medical marijuana and CBD oil in Louisiana.
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana in Louisiana for persons who are at least 21 years old.
If marijuana use is legalized in Louisiana, any current criminal charges for possession should be rescinded retroactively.
I support the creation of a State "Office of Marijuana Policy" similar to the department created in the State of Maine. I do not believe that the Louisiana Department of Agriculture & Forestry should be tasked with inspection, regulation & oversight of marijuana production.
I support the careful examination of other states' implementation of legalized marijuana laws to learn how Louisiana might best protect citizens and maximize the benefits of legalization.
I support the right of persons with medicinal marijuana prescriptions to grow a certain number of their own plants for personal use only.
